In our fully conditioned measuring room we have access to a Crysta-Apex S7106 coordinate measuring machine of the Mitutoyo brand.

Breumaf has been working on the basis of Model Based Definition. This means that the products are compared with 3D-model and the associated tolerances. Holes and insert sizes are provided with a measurement report, curved surfaces can be scanned, thus creating a point cloud.

The measuring instruments are periodically called up for calibration. This is fully automated so that we make sure that the used instruments meet the requirements.
